To achieve goal of these regulations, the authority may use following supervision and controlling measures, and regularly hold meeting to improve them:1.Forms and quantity of casualty mines2.The transfer and storage measures of casualty mines defined in Article 53.The inspection and regulationof casualty mines manufacture facilities.4.Security matters of mine-clearing plan and its impact on environment.

主管機關為達成本條例目的，應實施下列監督、控制措施，並應就下列事項有關之法規及其執行情形，定期檢討、協調、改進之：
一、殺傷性地雷之類別、數量。
二、第五條規定之移交與保留。
三、殺傷性地雷製造工廠之調查及相關管制方案之進行。
四、除雷計畫之安全性及對於環境之影響。
