Standards for Establishing Places for Manufacturing, Storing, Processing Public Hazardous Substances and Flammable Pressurized Gases, and Regulations on Safety Control of such Places Article 73-1
The quantity of concatenated use for The place of business with LPG manifold system shall not exceed 1,000kg in the place for concatenated uses of containers, and its safety facilities and management shall comply with the following:1.When the quantity of concatenated use is 80 kg and more, but 120 kg and less:(1)The container shall be placed outdoors. However, this does not apply when containers have effective ventilation devices to prevent gas retention and have difficulties of being placed outdoors.(2)There shall be warning signs of "No Open Flame".(3)The place shall be provided with measures to block direct sunlight and the temperature thereof shall be constantly maintained at 40°C and below.(4)Containers shall be placed in an upright position and equipped with securing means that prevent overturning.(5)Hard gas pipes shall be installed and inspected by personnel with the Gas Fuel, Pipe and Piping Technician Certificate in accordance with CNS or relevant regulations and a completion inspection shall be carried out accordingly.(6)The length of the soft gas pipe shall not exceed 1.8 m and the minimum bending radius thereof shall be no less than 110 cm without twisting or tangle. Soft gas pipes that exceed 1.8 m shall be provided with a gas pipe concatenating various containers. The soft gas pipes and hard gas pipes shall comply with CNS, and the joints thereof shall be provided with anti-shedding devices.(7)A gas leak alarm shall be installed.2.When the quantity of concatenated use is more than 120 kg, but 300 kg and less, it is a must to ensure that the distance between the container and fire appliance is more than 2 m in addition to meeting requirements set forth in the preceding subparagraph.3.When the quantity of concatenated use is more than 300 kg, but 1000 kg and less, it is a must to meeting the following requirements in addition to those set forth in the preceding two subparagraphs:(1)An automatic emergency shutdown device shall be provided.(2)Barriers, container cabinets or fences shall be provided for containers installed outdoors, and shall be covered with lightweight metal plates or other lightweight non-flammable materials in a place of 2.5m and more from the ground.(3)A signboard with the emergency contact person's name and telephone number shall be provided.Operators of the liquefied petroleum gas trading place shall, within 15 days upon completion of the installation and inspection described in Item 5 of Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1, report the completion inspection data to local firefighting authority for reference.Where the place described in Paragraph 1 is partitioned by walls and/or floors of 1 hour and more fire rate without any opening, its quantity of concatenated use shall be calculated separately.The operator of liquified petroleum gas trading place shall suspend the gas supply in case of finding any of the following circumstances in The Place of Business With LPG Manifold System:1.The containers are located in the basement.2.There is no warning sign of "No Open Flame".3.Containers in use or spare containers are not placed in an upright position, or be equipped with no securing means that prevent overturning.4.No gas leak alarm is installed.5.Violation of Article 73-2.

容器串接使用場所串接使用量不得超過一千公斤；其供應設備之安全設施及管理應符合下列規定：
一、串接使用量在八十公斤以上至一百二十公斤以下者：
（一）容器應設置於屋外。
但設置於屋外確有困難，且設置防止氣體滯留之有效通風裝置者，不在此限。
（二）有嚴禁煙火標示。
（三）場所之溫度應經常保持攝氏四十度以下，並有防止日光直射措施。
（四）容器應直立放置且有防止傾倒之固定措施。
（五）燃氣導管應由領有氣體燃料導管配管技術士證照之人員，依國家標準或相關法規規定進行安裝並完成竣工檢查。
（六）燃氣用軟管長度不得超過一點八公尺，且最小彎曲半徑為一百十毫米以上，不得扭曲及纏繞；超過一點八公尺，應設置串接容器之燃氣導管。
燃氣用軟管及燃氣導管應符合國家標準，銜接處應有防止脫落裝置。
（七）設置氣體漏氣警報器。
二、串接使用量在超過一百二十公斤至三百公斤以下者，除應符合前款規定外，容器並應與用火設備保持二公尺以上距離。
三、串接使用量在超過三百公斤至一千公斤以下者，除應符合前二款規定外，並應符合下列規定：
（一）設置自動緊急遮斷裝置。
（二）容器放置於屋外者，應設有柵欄、容器櫃或圍牆等措施，其上方應以輕質金屬板或其他輕質不燃材料覆蓋，並距離地面二點五公尺以上。
（三）應設置標示板標示緊急聯絡人姓名及電話。
液化石油氣販賣場所之經營者應於第一項第一款第五目竣工檢查完成後十五日內，將竣工檢查資料報請當地消防機關備查。
第一項場所以無開口且具一小時以上防火時效之牆壁、樓地板區劃分隔者，串接使用量得分別計算。
液化石油氣販賣場所之經營者發現供氣之容器串接使用場所有下列情形之一者，不得供氣：
一、容器置於地下室。
二、無嚴禁煙火標示。
三、使用或備用之容器未直立放置或未有防止傾倒之固定措施。
四、未設置氣體漏氣警報器。
五、違反第七十三條之二規定。
