The containers of new buildings shall be installed outdoors or outside the house, and not apply the prouiso of Item 1 of Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 of Article 73-1.Where the quantity of liquified petroleum gas is 10 kg and less, the containers may not be bounded by provisions of the preceding paragraph.
