Police Personnel Management Act Article 35-2
Police personnel who, after appointment, meet one of the conditions specified in Subparagraphs 8 or 9, Paragraph 1, Article 28 of the Civil Service Employment Act shall be subject to retirement or layoff from service as prescribed.
