Police Personnel Management Act Article 35-1
Police personnel suffering total or partial disability caused by violence or accidental harm while in the line of duty are entitled to medical care and care arrangements on a lifelong basis under the budget of the competent authority.Police personnel who had met the conditions specified in the preceding Paragraph prior to the implementation of the amended articles of this Act on August 19, 2004, are entitled to the care from the date on which the amended articles of the Act came into force.Regulations governing the standards, methods, and other matters related to the care specified in the preceding two Paragraphs shall be formulated by the Executive Yuan.
中文原文 警察人員人事條例第35-1條
警察人員在執行勤務中遭受暴力或意外危害，致全失能或半失能者，應給與醫療照護及安置就養，並由主管機關編列預算，給與終身照護。
警察人員在本條例中華民國九十三年八月十九日修正之條文施行前，有前項情形者，自修正施行之日起，給與照護。
前二項之照護標準、方式及其他相關事項之辦法，由行政院定之。
