Enforcement Rules of the Land Administration Agent Act Article 9

In the event of reporting alternations for future reference in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph II of Article 9 in this Act, Land Administration Agent shall submit application form and documentation in respect of the alternations to the competent authority in the local Municipality or County / City where the office is located.In the case that alternations are those specified in the provisions of Subparagraph 1 or 4 Paragraph I of Article 9 in this Act, except for the address specified in Subparagraph 1, Land Administration Agent can apply for a renewal of Certificate of Land Administration Agent or Practicing License in accordance with the provisions of Articles 5 and 6.In the case of applying for a renewal of the Certificate of Land Administration Agent or Practicing License due to the change of address of the office or joint office as specified in the preceding paragraph, the documents specified in Subparagraph 5 of Paragraph I of Article 4 shall also be submitted.
