The appraisal fee and other necessary expenses shall be equally paid by the parties in advance, and shall be payable by the parties within the time limit given in the Mediation Committee’s notice.The mediation panel shall specify in the mediation proposal the final amounts of the fees and expenses to be paid by the parties pursuant to the preceding paragraph.Any party failing to make the payment within the time limit or promise to equally share the fees and expenses under Paragraph 1 shall be deemed not to have consented to the appraisal.
