Regulations Governing the Collection of Fees for Mediation of Contract Performance Disputes for Cases Concerning Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects Article 13

If a mediation procedure is withdrawn in writing, the mediation fee prepaid by both parties shall not be refunded.Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a mediation application is withdrawn in writing before the date of the first mediation session, the applying institution (entity) shall be refunded half of the prepaid mediation fee referred to in the preceding paragraph without interest, and the other party shall be refunded the full amount without interest.
