Regulations Governing the implementation of Military Installation Safety Inspection and Forced Eviction Article 4
A person who refuses or evades a security inspection, or fails to comply with military regulations upon inspection, shall be denied entry by the sentries and informed the reason.If a person denied entry under the preceding paragraph engages in any of the following acts, the sentries shall take immediate action to stop such acts, forced eviction may be implemented :(1)Obstructing the movement of personnel or materials into or out of the military installation.(2)Interfering with the sentry’s performance of security duties.(3)Posing any other threat to the security of the military installation.
中文原文 軍事營區安全檢查強制驅離實施辦法第4條
進入軍事營區而拒絕、規避安全檢查或經安全檢查不符合軍事機關管理規定者，衛哨兵應拒絕其進入軍事營區，並告知事由。
前項經拒絕其進入軍事營區者，有下列情形之一，衛哨兵應即時制止，並得強制驅離：
一、影響軍事營區人或物進出。
二、影響衛哨兵執行軍事營區安全勤務。
三、其他妨害軍事營區安全之虞。
