Regulations Governing the implementation of Military Installation Safety Inspection and Forced Eviction Article 3
Sentries may conduct the following security inspections on persons or objects applying to enter the military installation :(1)To require the permission or identification documents or documents for application to enter the military installation.(2)To inspect personal belongings, vehicles, and the goods transported therein.The security inspection under Subparagraph 2 of the preceding paragraph may be conducted using metal detectors or other technological devices.If the goods in the vehicles or the personal belongings under Subparagraph 2, Paragraph 1 are deemed a threat to the security of the military installation, the sentries may order their surrender for inspection.

衛哨兵對進入軍事營區之人或物，得為下列安全檢查：
一、令出示身分證明或申請入營文件。
二、檢查隨身攜帶物品、車輛及其所載運之物。
前項第二款之安全檢查，得使用金屬探測器或其他科技設備。
第一項第二款之物品、車輛及其所載運之物，有妨害軍事營區安全之虞，衛哨兵應命受檢查人交出檢查。
