Regulations Governing the implementation of Military Installation Safety Inspection and Forced Eviction Article 5
Sentries shall conduct security inspections in Artcle 3, Paragraph 1 on persons or objects leaving the military installations; for those who refuse such inspection, it may be enforced with force after informing them of the reason.If any violations of military agency management regulations are discovered during such inspections, the sentries shall notify the duty officers and non-commissioned officers.
中文原文 軍事營區安全檢查強制驅離實施辦法第5條
衛哨兵對離去軍事營區之人或物，得實施第三條第一項各款安全檢查；對拒絕檢查者，應命其配合，拒不聽從者，得告知事由後，以強制力實施之。
前項經實施安全檢查，有不符合軍事機關管理規定者，衛哨兵應通知值勤軍官、士官處理。
