The Servicemember Relief Act Article 72
In the event that the recusal of the military judge or other reasons impair the availability of military judges and a collegial panel for bench adjudication cannot be composed thereof, the District Court of Military Justice may assign military judges affiliated with other divisions for the purpose of the fulfillment of the function of a bench adjudication.
