The Servicemember Relief Act Article 73
Except for the fees and expenses stipulated in Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 of Article 98-6 in the Administrative Litigation Act which are collectible by the Service Tribunal, the other court costs shall not be collected by the Service Tribunal when it conducts the adjudication of an administrative litigation.
