Fraud Crime Hazard Prevention Act Article 51
The central competent authority shall set up a 24-hour whistleblower reporting system, an online reporting platform, or a hotline to provide consultation on fraud issues and facilitate referral to relevant agencies (institutions) or groups for psychological counseling, social relief, and other necessary assistance.
