Fraud Crime Hazard Prevention Act Article 52
Judicial personnel or judiciary police officers who discover that victims of fraud qualify for assistance under the Legal Aid Act must inform them of their right to apply for assistance and provide necessary support.

司法人員、司法警察（官）於執行職務時，發現詐欺犯罪被害人符合法律扶助法所定申請要件時，應告知其得依法提出申請，並給予必要之協助。
