Official Seals Act Article 16
Official seals already in use before the enactment of this Act may continue to be used. However, official seals that do not comply with this Act shall be replaced within one year.Regulations for the issuance, use, management, and replacement of official seals, and the handing in of replaced or old seals, shall be determined by an order.

本條例施行前之原有印信，繼續使用。
但與本條例規定不合者，應於一年內換發之。
印信之製發、啟用、管理、換發及廢、舊印信之繳銷辦法，以命令定之。
