Civil Service Protection Act Article 103

While a protection case was not yet concluded until this Act is amended and takes effect, its remaining procedure shall be concluded in accordance with this Act as amended.

本法修正施行前，尚未終結之保障事件，其以後之程序，依修正之本法規定終結之。
