This act shall come into force on the date of promulgation.The Examination Yuan shall determine the commencement date of Article 23 of this act, amended on May 30th, 2022.

本法自公布日施行。
本法中華民國一百十一年五月三十日修正之第二十三條施行日期，由考試院定之。
本法中華民國一百十四年六月二十四日修正之第十九條至第十九條之二、第二十一條及第一百零二條條文，自公布後六個月施行。
