Examination Affairs Act Enforcement Rules Article 11

All answer sheets shall be sealed or kept confidential in a similar manner. The list of examinees' names shall be securely sealed for safekeeping and shall not be unsealed without the consent of the Board of Examiners (or Committee of Examiners) and under the supervision of the Ombudsman Invigilator.
中文原文 典試法施行細則第11條
應考人各科試卷評閱完畢，核算應考人成績製成統計表，由典試委員會審查，決定錄取或及格標準，按考試總成績高低或座號順序排名，並榜示之。
按考試總成績高低排名者，總成績相同時，按專業科目平均成績排名；專業科目平均成績相同時，按國文成績排名；應試科目中無國文或國文成績相同時，按座號順序排名。
分試、分階段舉行之考試，於各試、各階段完成後，準用前項之規定。
錄取或及格人員榜示，均應加蓋典試委員會關防，載明年月日，由典試委員長簽署公布之。
按考試總成績高低排名者，總成績相同時，按專業科目平均成績排名；專業科目平均成績相同時，按國文成績排名；應試科目中無國文或國文成績相同時，按座號順序排名。
分試、分階段舉行之考試，於各試、各階段完成後，準用前項之規定。
