Regulations of Court Audience Article 10

In the case that an audience or any person violates the provisions of these regulations before the court is in session, the officer in charge of courtroom affairs shall resolve it. If there is any uncertainty, the same shall be reported to the presiding judge trying the case for instructions.
中文原文 法庭旁聽規則第10條
旁聽人或其他人於開庭前如有違反本規則之規定時，由在法庭執行職務人員處理之，如有疑義時，應報請該法庭之審判長裁定之。
