Judges Act Article 70
The discipline of a Justice may be through a resolution by a quorum of two-thirds of the incumbent Justices and a vote of two-thirds of those present, to be transmitted and forwarded by the Judicial Yuan to the Control Yuan for review.If the Control Yuan should deem it necessary to impeach after its review, the case shall be referred to the Disciplinary Chamber of the Judiciary for review.

司法院大法官之懲戒，得經司法院大法官現有總額三分之二以上之出席及出席人數三分之二以上之決議，由司法院移送監察院審查。
監察院審查後認應彈劾者，移送職務法庭審理。
