An interlocutory appeal from a ruling that infringes the rights of the interested parties may be taken by the said interested parties.An interlocutory appeal from a ruling that affects the public interest may be taken by the relevant competent authorities or by a prosecutor.Where a ruling is made upon motion with regard to a matter that is subject to the disposition of an interested party, an interlocutory appeal from a ruling that denies the motion may be taken only by the applicant.

因裁定而權利受侵害之關係人，得為抗告。
因裁定而公益受影響時，該事件相關主管機關或檢察官得為抗告。
依聲請就關係人得處分之事項為裁定者，於聲請被駁回時，僅聲請人得為抗告。
