(Organization of the Court of Criminal Compensation)The presiding judges in the Court of Criminal Compensation of the Judicial Yuan shall be appointed by the President of the Judicial Yuan and shall consist of the Chief Justice and other Justices of the Supreme Court. The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall be the Chief Presiding Judge of the Court of Criminal Compensation.The personnel of the Court of Criminal Compensation shall be assigned from the personnel of the Judicial Yuan.

司法院刑事補償法庭法官，由司法院院長指派最高法院院長及法官若干人兼任之，並以最高法院院長為審判長。
司法院刑事補償法庭職員，由司法院調用之。
