(Re-examination agency)The claimant who objects to the decision rendered by the adjudicating agency stated in Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article, may file an appeal for re-examination to the Court of Criminal Compensation of the Judicial Yuan.When a decision of claim rendered by the adjudicating agency violates the provisions set forth in Articles 1 to 3 of this Act, the Prosecuting Office of the Supreme Court may also file a petition to the Court of Criminal of the Judicial Yuan for judicial review of the decision.
