(Period, procedures and agency of the re-examination petition)The claimant shall specify in writing the reasons for re-examination in the petition and file the petition to the Court of Criminal Compensation through the adjudicating agency rendering the original decision within 20 days after the decision has delivered to the Prosecuting Office of the Supreme Court and the claimant.

聲請覆審，應於決定書送達後二十日內，以書狀敘述理由，經原決定機關，向司法院刑事補償法庭為之。
