(Claims for the compensation of legal heirs)The legal heir(s) of a victim may seek compensation.Except when the deceased victim is executed under the death penalty, the claim for compensation by the victim's legal heir(s) pursuant to the preceding provision may not be against the express manifestation of the deceased victim or heir(s) with higher priority.

受害人死亡者，法定繼承人得請求補償。
前項之請求，除死亡者係受死刑之執行者外，不得違反死亡者本人或順序在前繼承人明示之意思。
