(An heir's preliminary showing when making a claim, and the effect of independent claim and revocation in cases of several heirs.)When an heir of a victim files a claim of compensation, he/she shall show his/her relationship with the deceased and the existence of other heir(s) with same priority.In case one of the several heirs files a compensation claim, the claim shall have the same effect as by all. When the heir who files the claim wants to withdraw the claim, such a withdrawal must be agreed by all heirs.

繼承人為請求時，應釋明其與死亡者之關係，及有無同一順序繼承人。
繼承人有數人時，其中一人請求補償者，其效力及於全體。
但撤回請求，應經全體同意。
