In a case chargeable only upon request as specified in Articles 116 and 118 of the Criminal Code, the request made by a foreign government may be forwarded by the Minister of Foreign Affairs to the highest judicial administrative officer who shall inform the competent public prosecutor by an order.The provisions of Articles 238 and 239 shall apply mutatis mutandis to a request by a foreign government.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.
