The provisions of Article 242 shall apply mutatis mutandis to voluntary surrender to a public prosecutor or judicial police officer.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

自首向檢察官或司法警察官為之者，準用第二百四十二條之規定。
