If property which should be seized for another case is discovered while executing a search or seizure, such property may be seized and delivered to the court or public prosecutor having jurisdiction.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

實施搜索或扣押時，發見另案應扣押之物亦得扣押之，分別送交該管法院或檢察官。
