If a search or seizure is temporarily suspended, the premises shall be locked and a person ordered to guard such premises if necessary.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

搜索或扣押暫時中止者，於必要時應將該處所閉鎖，並命人看守。
