The presiding judge or public prosecutor may request the judge or public prosecutor of the place where a search or seizure is to be made to execute such search or seizure.If the requisitioned judge or public prosecutor discovers that the search or seizure shall be executed at another place, the judge or public prosecutor of such place may in turn forward such request to the judge or public prosecutor concerned.Note: Articles 1 through 343 were amended lastly on February 6, 2003.

搜索或扣押，得由審判長或檢察官囑託應行搜索、扣押地之法官或檢察官行之。
受託法官或檢察官發現應在他地行搜索、扣押者，該法官或檢察官得轉囑託該地之法官或檢察官。
