The labor mediation is successfully established and concluded when all parties reach an agreement, and the mediation transcript is thusly recorded. The established mediation, as describedin the preceding paragraph, carries the same legal weight as a final and binding judgment.

勞動調解，經當事人合意，並記載於調解筆錄時成立。
