Labor Incident Act Article 17

Unless otherwise stipulated by law, courts in charge of labor cases shall have jurisdiction over labor mediation cases. The provisions of Paragraph 2 and Paragraph 3 of Article 6, and Article 7 apply mutatis mutandis to labor mediation procedures. However, if the workermakes a motionfor transfer, such motion must be madebefore the first mediation date.
