The Consumer Debt Clearance Statute Article 56

If one of the following circumstances applies to the debtor, the court may rule on the initiation of the liquidation process:1. Fails to attend the creditors' meeting without any justifiable reason or does not reply to inquiries.2. Fails to follow the ruling or order of the court, thus preventing the proceeding of the rehabilitation process.

債務人有下列情形之一者，法院得裁定開始清算程序：
