The Consumer Debt Clearance Statute Article 55
The following debts may not be reduced or exempted without consent of the creditor:1. Penalties, fines, default surcharges and additional levies.2. Any debt for compensation of damage caused by the debtor's intentional torts.3. Any expense of the debtor for the performance of his/her statutory support obligations.Regarding the debts which have not be reduced or exempted with consent of the creditor under the preceding Paragraph, the debtor is liable for repayment thereof after the expiration of the repayment period specified in the rehabilitation proposal.

下列債務，非經債權人之同意，不得減免之：
一、罰金、罰鍰、怠金及追徵金。
二、債務人因故意侵權行為所生損害賠償之債務。
三、債務人履行法定扶養義務之費用。
前項未經債權人同意減免之債務，於更生方案所定清償期間屆滿後，債務人仍應負清償責任。
