The Consumer Debt Clearance Statute Article 32-1

Any claim that has not yet become due shall be deemed to have become due at the time of the court's ruling on the initiation of the rehabilitation or liquidation process. Regarding a claim without interest that becomes due only after the court's ruling on the initiation of the rehabilitation or liquidation process, the amount of such claim shall be deducted with the statutory interest accrued for the period from the court's ruling on the initiation of the rehabilitation or liquidation process until the due date.

附期限之債權未到期者，於法院裁定開始更生或清算程序時，視為已到期。
法院裁定開始更生或清算程序後始到期之債權無利息者，其債權額應扣除自法院裁定開始更生或清算程序時起至到期時止之法定利息。
