The transport plan referred to in Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article shall state the following matters:1. Transport route, equipment, machines, packaging or containment system, and operating procedure.2. Grouping of the workers and communication measures used.3. Radiation dose assessment and radiation protection measures.4. Hypothetical accident assessment and emergency response measure.5. Other matters specified by the competent authority by public notice.The security control plan referred to in Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article shall state the following matters1. Description of the organization and tasks of security control personnel.2. Training and drilling of the security control personnel.3. Security control measures.4. 前條第一項運送計畫，應載明下列事項：
一、運送路線、設備、機具、包件或包封容器及作業程序。
二、工作人員之編組及通訊方式。
三、輻射劑量評估及輻射防護措施。
四、意外事故評估及緊急應變措施。
五、其他經主管機關公告之事項。
前條第一項安全管制計畫，應載明下列事項：
一、安全管制人員組織及任務說明。
二、安全管制人員訓練及講習。
三、安全管制措施。
四、緊急事件之安全戒護。
五、聯絡及通報方式。
六、其他經主管機關公告之事項。
