Nuclear fuel transport by road shall be conducted in accordance with the approved transport plan, the security control plan, and the following provisions:1. The driver shall be replaced after each 4 hours of driving.2. There shall be a guide and an escort vehicle before and after the transport motorcade, and each transport vehicle shall be escorted by armed policemen with communication equipment.3. Local police offices and those along the transport route shall be informed in advance to perform traffic control and remove obstacles from the way.

核子燃料經公路運送者，應依核准之運送計畫、安全管制計畫及下列規定執行：
一、行車四小時以上，應更換駕駛人。
二、運送車隊前後應有前導車及護送車押運，每一運送車輛均應由攜帶槍械及通訊設備之警察護送。
三、預先協調當地及沿途警察機關，實施交通管制及排除道路障礙。
