Provisions under Article 4, Paragraph 2 of Article 5, Article 8, Article 9 and Article 15 shall not be applied to research nuclear reactor facilities with the thermal power below a specific limit.The specific limit referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the competent authority.

中文原文核子反應器設施管制法第20條

研究用核子反應器設施之熱功率於一定限量以下者，不適用第四條、第五條第二項、第八條、第九條及第十五條規定。
前項一定限量，由主管機關定之。
