Nuclear Reactor Facilities Regulation Act Article 21
The decommissioning of nuclear reactor facilities shall adopt the method of dismantlement and shall be completed within the period prescribed by the competent authority.The dismantlement referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be within the scope of radioactively-contaminated equipment, structure, and materials.

核子反應器設施之除役，應採取拆除之方式，並在主管機關規定之期限內完成。
