Regulations on the Scope of Inspection and on the Certification of Authorized Inspection Agencies for Nuclear Reactor Facilities Article 10
The Authorized Nuclear Inspector Supervisor for the nuclear reactor facilities during the construction phase or operation phase shall have the following qualifications:1. Bearing the Level III non-destructive testing qualification reviewed and approved by the competent authority.2. At least one year experience as an Authorized Nuclear Inspector for the nuclear reactor facilities under construction or as an Authorized Nuclear In-service Inspector for the nuclear reactor facilities in operation.3. Bearing at least 5 years of experience in nuclear related quality assurance work.
中文原文 核子反應器設施監查工作範圍及監查機構認可辦法第10條
核子反應器設施興建或運轉期間之監查督導員，其應具備條件如下：
一、主管機關審查同意之高級非破壞檢測人員資格。
二、興建期間之監查督導員應具有核子反應器設施興建期間監查員一年以上之經驗；運轉期間之監查督導員應具有核子反應器設運轉期間監查員一年以上之經驗。
三、核能相關之品質保證工作五年以上之經驗。
一、主管機關審查同意之高級非破壞檢測人員資格。
二、興建期間之監查督導員應具有核子反應器設施興建期間監查員一年以上之經驗；運轉期間之監查督導員應具有核子反應器設運轉期間監查員一年以上之經驗。
三、核能相關之品質保證工作五年以上之經驗。
