The English Text of Atomic Energy Law of The Republic of China Article 31
Any person who violates article 28 of this law in transferring patent rights or signing contracts concerning nuclear science and technology with foreigners without approval, shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than three years or detention; in lieu thereof, or addition thereto, a fine of not more than 5,000 dollars may be imposed.

違反本法第二十八條之規定，未經核准將專利權讓與他人，或與外國人訂立有關原子能科學與技術合作之契約者，處三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科五千元以下罰金。
