The English Text of Atomic Energy Law of The Republic of China Article 30
Any person who violates article 23 of this law in constructing, transferring, receiving or removing a nuclear reactor, shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than three years or detention; in lieu thereof, or addition thereto, a fine of not more than 10,000 dollars may be imposed.
