Fees for Regulatory Services under the Nuclear Materials and Radioactive Waste Act Article 5
The review fees and the inspection fees for construction, operation and decommissioning of nuclear source materials or nuclear fuel storage facilities are as follows:1.Construction, operation and decommissioning review fee: NT$2,000,000 for each application.2.Construction, operation and decommissioning annual inspection fee: NT$1,000,000 for each facility.Where the nuclear source materials or nuclear fuel storage facilities referred to in the preceding paragraph are configured inside the nuclear reactor, nuclear source materials or nuclear fuel production facilities, and have been included in the original safety analysis report for the operating license, the construction and operation review fees and inspection fees may be waived. When a license for decommissioning is applied for together with the nuclear reactor, nuclear source materials or nuclear fuel production facilities, the decommissioning review fees and inspection fees may be waived.The review fees for operating license renewal for the facilities referred to in Paragraph 1: NT$1,000,000 for each application.

核子原料或核子燃料貯存設施興建、運轉與除役審查費及檢查費，其收費基準如下：
一、興建、運轉、除役審查費，每一申請案各新臺幣二百萬元。
二、興建、運轉、除役檢查費，每年每一設施各新臺幣一百萬元。
前項核子原料或核子燃料貯存設施設於核子反應器設施、核子原料或核子燃料生產設施內，並已包含於原核發運轉執照之安全分析報告者，興建與運轉之審查費及檢查費免予收取。
其與核子反應器設施、核子原料或核子燃料生產設施一併申請除役者，除役審查費及檢查費免予收取。
第一項設施換發運轉執照審查費，每一申請案收取新臺幣一百萬元。
一、興建、運轉、除役審查費，每一申請案各新臺幣二百萬元。
二、興建、運轉、除役檢查費，每年每一設施各新臺幣一百萬元。
前項核子原料或核子燃料貯存設施設於核子反應器設施、核子原料或核子燃料生產設施內，並已包含於原核發運轉執照之安全分析報告者，興建與運轉之審查費及檢查費免予收取。
