Fees for Regulatory Services under the Nuclear Materials and Radioactive Waste Act Article 6
The review fees and the inspection fees for construction, operation and decommissioning of spent nuclear fuel storage facilities are as follows:1.Construction, operation and decommissioning review fee: NT$10,000,000 for each application.2.Construction, operation and decommissioning inspection fee: NT$2,000,000 for per facility per year.Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article shall apply mutatis mutandis to the preceding paragraph.The review fee for spent nuclear fuel cask: NT$2,000,000 for each application. Construction-inspection fee for cask: NT$100,000 for each.The review fee for operating license renewal for the facilities referred to in Paragraph 1: NT$5,000,000 for each application.

用過核子燃料貯存設施興建、運轉與除役審查費及檢查費，其收費基準如下：
一、興建、運轉、除役審查費，每一申請案各新臺幣一千萬元。
二、興建、運轉、除役檢查費，每年每一設施各新臺幣二百萬元。
前條第二項規定，於前項情形準用之。
用過核子燃料貯存容器審查費，每一申請案收取新臺幣二百萬元；製造檢查費，每次新臺幣十萬元。
第一項設施換發運轉執照審查費，每一申請案收取新臺幣五百萬元。
一、興建、運轉、除役審查費，每一申請案各新臺幣一千萬元。
二、興建、運轉、除役檢查費，每年每一設施各新臺幣二百萬元。
前條第二項規定，於前項情形準用之。
用過核子燃料貯存容器審查費，每一申請案收取新臺幣二百萬元；製造檢查費，每次新臺幣十萬元。
第一項設施換發運轉執照審查費，每一申請案收取新臺幣五百萬元。
