Fees for Regulatory Services under the Nuclear Materials and Radioactive Waste Act Article 4
The review fees and the inspection fees for construction, operation and decommissioning of nuclear source materials or nuclear fuel production facilities are as follows:1.Construction, operation and decommissioning review fee: NT$10,000,000 for each application.2.Construction, operation and decommissioning inspection fee: NT$2,000,000 per facility per year.The review fee for operating license renewal for the facilities referred to in the preceding paragraph: NT$5,000,000 for each application.

核子原料或核子燃料生產設施興建、運轉與除役審查費及檢查費，其收費基準如下：
一、興建、運轉、除役審查費，每一申請案各新臺幣一千萬元。
二、興建、運轉、除役檢查費，每年每一設施各新臺幣二百萬元。
前項設施換發運轉執照審查費，每一申請案收取新臺幣五百萬元。
