Fees for Regulatory Services under the Nuclear Materials and Radioactive Waste Act Article 15
The review fees for construction, operation, operating license renewal, closure, and exemption from institutional control as well as the inspection fees for construction and operation of low level waste final disposal facilities are as follows:1.Construction, operation, and operating license renewal fee: NT$20,000,000 for each application.2.Construction and operation inspection fee: NT$8,000,000 per facility per year.3.The review fee for closure or exemption from institutional control: NT$8,000,000 for each application.4.The closure inspection fee: NT$5,000,000 per facility per year.

低放射性廢棄物最終處置設施興建、運轉、換發運轉執照、封閉與免於監管審查費及興建、運轉檢查費，其收費標準如下：
一、興建、運轉、換發運轉執照審查費，每一申請案各新臺幣二千萬元。
二、興建、運轉檢查費，每年每一設施各新臺幣八百萬元。
三、封閉或免於監管審查費，每一申請案新臺幣八百萬元。
四、封閉檢查費，每年每一設施各新臺幣五百萬元。
一、興建、運轉、換發運轉執照審查費，每一申請案各新臺幣二千萬元。
二、興建、運轉檢查費，每年每一設施各新臺幣八百萬元。
三、封閉或免於監管審查費，每一申請案新臺幣八百萬元。
四、封閉檢查費，每年每一設施各新臺幣五百萬元。
