Fees for Regulatory Services under the Nuclear Materials and Radioactive Waste Act Article 14
The review fees and the inspection fees for construction, operation and decommissioning of high level waste storage facilities are as follows:1.Construction, operation, operating license renewal, and decommissioning review fee: NT$10,000,000 for each application.2.Construction, operation and decommissioning inspection fee: NT$2,000,000 for per facility per year.3.The review fee for high level radioactive waste storage casks: NT$2,000,000 for each application.Paragraph 2 of Article 5 shall apply mutatis mutandis to Paragraph 1.
中文原文 放射性物料管制收費標準第14條
高放射性廢棄物貯存設施之興建、運轉與除役審查費及檢查費，其收費標準如下：
一、興建、運轉、換發運轉執照、除役審查費，每一申請案各新臺幣一千萬元。
二、興建、運轉、除役檢查費，每年每一設施各新臺幣二百萬元。
三、高放射性廢棄物貯存容器審查費，每一申請案收取新臺幣二百萬元。
第五條第二項規定，於第一項情形準用之。

二、興建、運轉、除役檢查費，每年每一設施各新臺幣二百萬元。
