Regulations on Final Disposal of Low Level Radioactive Waste and Safety Management of the Facilities Article 5
The waste of the low level disposal facilities shall meet the following provisions:1.The volume of free standing water shall not be more than 0.5% of the total volume.2.Explosion shall never occur under normal temperature and pressure.3.Fire resistance shall be provided.4.No toxic, corrosive or infectious substance is contained.5.No harmful toxic gas, vapor or fume is contained or will be produced.

低放處置設施最終處置之廢棄物，應符合下列規定：
一、自由水之體積不得超過總體積百分之零點五。
二、在常溫常壓下不致引起爆炸。
三、具耐火性。
四、不得含有毒性、腐蝕性及感染性之物質。
五、不得含有或產生危害人體之有毒氣體、蒸氣及煙霧。
